Victims Quilt Project
Begun in 2016, the Victims Quilt Project is an ongoing memorial to those lost in mass shootings. The project includes individual quilts for tragedies at Columbine, Virginia Tech, Sandy Hook, Orlando, Las Vegas, and many more communities. One quilt, “Bullet Holes,” bears a single mark for every victim from 1990 to 2020. These works hold space for grief and remembrance, ensuring that each life lost is not forgotten.
