Cyanotypes Series

For this series, I work with cyanotypes — sun prints on fabric — as the foundation for quilted fiber art. Some pieces remain close to the indigo imprint of botanical light; others are cut, layered, and recomposed until the botanical source becomes something more abstract — color, texture, and stitch. Each work is transformed by light, stitch, and time.
